Running, week 2, I think I hit the wall. I moved to another apartment at the end of week 2 and took a couple of days off after moving before starting up week 3. Week three consists of walk three, run four, repeat four times. I couldn't seem to get past running two minutes before needing to stop! So, I decided to continue with week 2's regime for week 3 and 4. Towards the end of week 4 I was able to run 3.5. Despite my stubling block, My stamina conitiues to increase. Starting slow works, the last thing I want to do is burn out. A friend agreed to do a 5K with me in Spring 09. This gives me an ample 6 months to train.
