I'm a runner, triathlete, crafter & DIYer, and natural hair enthusiast. I grew up in a military family and have lived a few places; Germany, Alabama, Texas, and Missouri. After relocating from St. Louis to Chicago in 2007 for work, I discovered a love for running and the challenge of swimming. I've always had an affinity for arts & crafts, and most recently, sewing. I'm graduate of Webster University with a Master of Business Administration degree, an RRCA certified running coach, and a contributor for Examiner.com.
